Hostel Terms and Conditions: Dorm-Style Accommodations, Equipment, Experiences, and Services

Welcome to Sunset Surf Villa, where we strive to provide an exceptional and memorable stay for our guests. Before you proceed with your booking, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.

Accommodations

1. Booking and Reservation:

   a. All bookings are subject to availability.

   b. Guests must provide accurate information during the booking process.

   c. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.

2. Payment and Cancellation

   a. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

   b. Cancellations made 14 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.

   c. No-shows and cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded.

3. Check-in and Check-out

   a. Check-in time is 2 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM.

   b. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Equipment

1. Equipment Rental:

   a. Guests can rent equipment (e.g., towels, surfboards) for a specified fee.

   b. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of rented equipment during their stay.

2. Security and Valuables

   a. Guests are encouraged to use lockers for valuables.

   b. The hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Use provided lockers for securing valuables.

Experiences:

1. Free Experiences:

   a. Some experiences are complimentary with your stay. Check the schedule for details.

   b. Participation in free experiences is subject to availability.

2. Paid Experiences:

   a. Guests can opt for additional experiences at an extra cost.

   b. Payment for paid experiences is non-refundable unless canceled by the hostel.

Services

1. Free Services:

   a. Basic services such as Wi-Fi, breakfast, and luggage storage are complimentary.

   b. Availability of free services is subject to change without notice.

2. Paid Services:

   a. Additional services (e.g., laundry, airport transfers) are available at an extra charge.

   b. Payment for paid services is non-refundable unless canceled by the hostel.

Rules and Regulations

1. Behavior and Conduct:

   a. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow guests and staff.

   b. Any disruptive or unlawful behavior may result in eviction without refund.

2. Quiet Hours:

   a. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of other guests during this time.

3. Alcohol and Drugs:

   a. Consumption of alcohol is permitted in designated areas only.

   b. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

4. Smoking:

   a. Smoking is not allowed inside the hostel premises. Designated smoking areas are provided.

Liability:

1. Property Damage:

   a. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hostel property.

   b. Charges for damages will be assessed and billed to the guest.

2. Injuries:

   a. The hostel is not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises.

   b. Guests are advised to exercise caution and adhere to safety guidelines.

By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Sunset Surf.Villa reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. It is the guest's responsibility to stay informed about any updates.
